1. はじめに

将棋V総合情報サイト（以下「本サイト」）は、将棋系VTuberの配信情報を集約し、 利用者の皆様がより便利に配信を楽しめるようにすることを目的とした個人運営のサイトです。 本サイトを利用される方は、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーの内容を承諾したものとみなします。

本サイトは広告を一切掲載しておらず、今後も掲載予定はありません。

2. YouTube APIの利用について

本サイトでは、配信情報の取得および表示のためにYouTube Data API v3を利用しています。 本サイトを利用することにより、利用者はYouTubeの利用規約およびGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

なお、YouTube APIサービスから取得したデータは本サイトの機能提供のためにのみ使用しており、本サイト独自で個人情報を収集したり、外部へ提供したりすることはありません。

3. 取得データについて

本サイトがYouTube Data API v3を通じて取得するデータは以下のとおりです。

  • 配信者名（チャンネル名）
  • 配信タイトル
  • 配信（動画）ID
  • 配信ページURL
  • サムネイル画像URL
  • 配信開始予定日時
  • 配信ステータス（ライブ中・配信予定・終了済）

上記データはすべてYouTubeの公開情報であり、特定個人を識別する情報は含みません。

4. 利用目的

取得したデータは以下の目的にのみ使用します。

  • 本サイトにおける配信情報・配信予定の表示
  • 配信中ステータスの自動更新

上記以外の目的でデータを使用することはありません。

5. データの保存期間

取得した配信情報は、本サイトのサーバー上にJSONファイルとして保存します。 ライブ中情報・配信予定情報は約10分ごとに更新（上書き）され、古いデータは自動的に削除されます。

6. Cookieの利用について

本サイトでは、アクセス状況の分析を目的としてGoogle Analyticsを利用しています。 Google AnalyticsはCookieを使用してアクセスログを収集しますが、特定の個人を識別する情報は含まれません。 Cookieの使用を希望されない場合は、お使いのブラウザの設定からCookieを無効にすることができます。

また、本サイトはYouTubeの動画サムネイルや埋め込み等を通じて、YouTube（Google）が発行するCookieを間接的に受け取る場合があります。 詳細はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

7. 第三者への提供

本サイトは、利用者から取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供・開示することはありません。 ただし、法令に基づく要請があった場合はこの限りではありません。

本サイトに掲載されている動画のサムネイル、タイトル、配信者名等の情報は、 それぞれの権利者であるVTuber本人または所属事務所に帰属します。 本サイトはYouTube APIの規定に従い、動画の紹介およびリンクを目的としてこれらの情報を表示しています。

8. 免責事項

  • YouTube APIを利用し配信情報を定期的に取得していますが、システムやネットワークの状況、配信プラットフォーム側の仕様変更等により、すべての情報が正確・タイムリーに取得できることを保証するものではありません。
  • 本サイトからリンクされている外部サイトの内容について、本サイトは一切の責任を負いません。
  • 本サイトの利用により生じた直接的・間接的な損害について、管理者はいかなる責任も負いかねます。
  • 本サイトのサービスは、予告なく変更または停止することがあります。

The V-Shogi General Information Site (hereinafter "this site") is an independently operated site that aggregates streaming information for shogi-related VTubers to help users enjoy streams more conveniently. By using this site, users are deemed to have agreed to the contents of these Terms and Privacy Policy.

This site does not display any advertisements and has no plans to do so in the future.

2. Use of YouTube API

This site uses the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve and display streaming information. By using this site, users are deemed to have agreed to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Data obtained from the YouTube API Service is used solely for providing features on this site. We do not independently collect personal information or provide it to third parties.

3. Data Collected

The following data is collected by this site via YouTube Data API v3:

  • Streamer name (channel name)
  • Stream title
  • Stream (video) ID
  • Stream page URL
  • Thumbnail image URL
  • Scheduled start date and time
  • Stream status (live / upcoming / ended)

All of the above data is publicly available on YouTube and does not include information that identifies specific individuals.

4. Purpose of Use

Collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Displaying streaming information and schedules on this site
  • Automatically updating live stream status

We will not use the data for any purpose other than those listed above.

5. Data Retention Period

Retrieved streaming information is saved as JSON files on this site's server. Live and upcoming stream data is updated (overwritten) approximately every 10 minutes, and old data is automatically discarded.

6. Use of Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to analyze access statistics. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect access logs, but does not include information that identifies specific individuals. If you prefer not to have cookies used, you can disable cookies in your browser settings.

In addition, through YouTube video thumbnails and embeds, users may indirectly receive cookies issued by YouTube (Google). For details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties

This site will not sell, provide, or disclose information obtained from users to any third parties. However, exceptions may apply when required by law.

Thumbnails, titles, streamer names, and other information displayed on this site belong to the respective rights holders (the VTubers themselves or their affiliated agencies). This site displays such information in accordance with YouTube API policies for the purpose of introducing and linking to videos.

8. Disclaimer

  • While we use the YouTube API to periodically retrieve streaming information, we cannot guarantee that all information will be retrieved accurately or in a timely manner due to system or network conditions, or changes to the streaming platform's specifications.
  • This site is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from this site.
  • The site operator accepts no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this site.
  • The services provided by this site may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
